常州市武进创业建设工程监理咨询有限公司创办于1997年。是原武进市成立最早的具备建设部颁发的房屋建筑工程甲级监理资质企业，另具备其他专项资质。公司自成立以来，共监理各类工程项目500余个，建安总投资超300亿元人民币，总监理面积超过1300万平方米。其中工业建筑670万平方米，涉及工业生产各个领域；民用建筑650万平方米，涉及住宅、办公、医院、学校等民生各个领域。
Changzhou Wujin Construction Project Supervision Consultation Co., Ltd. established in 1997. We are one of the firstly established supervision companies with Class A Qualification of Building Construction Supervision in original Wujin city. Since established, Chuangye Company has conducted over 500 construction projects with total investment over RMB 30 billion Yuan and total area over 1.3 million ㎡, including industrial building of 6.7 million ㎡ involving various industrial fields and civil building of 6.5 million ㎡involving residence, office building, hospital and school etc.

Since established, we put factory projects supervision at the first place, and then civil building and road projects supervision. We supervised all kinds of projects, such as heavy steel structure, light steel structure; space framed grid structure, and shear wall frame structure, frame structure, bent structure and mixed structure (120m). The biggest tonnage of crane is 250 ton. The highest single layer steel structure is 38 m. The biggest single monomer plant is 120 thousand ㎡(plant length exceeding 600 m). The highest concrete frame column is 30 m. Also we have supervised dozens of construction projects invested by foreign investors. For example, Himoinsea Power Equipment(Spain), ACM-CHINA Green House(Spain), Servo Motora(Japan), Pigeon(Japan), Ryobi(Japan), NIPRO Medical（Japan), Man Turbo(Germany), FUNKE Heat Exchanger System(Germany), ENGEL (Germany ), PILZ (Germany ), ThyssenKrupp (Germany ), Continental(Germany ), KangRim Heavy Industries(Korea), Martin Sprocket & Gear(USA), Terex Machinery(USA), Gates Fluid Power Technologies(USA), STIHL (USA), AGCO Agricultural Machinery(USA), Lite-on(Taiwan), Hanergy, Kangdexin (Total investment of 450 million Yuan)etc. We have also undertaken supervision construction projects in heavy industry of China’s top 500 such as Guangxi Yuchai, Guangxi Liugong. 在民用建筑方面，先后监理了一大批房地产住宅项目、政府安置房工程、道路、桥梁等。如：常州天安河滨花园、中吴雅园、翡翠湾、大学三村安置房、青洋安置房、小留安置房、喜盈门住宅小区、丹阳市长江引水工程等项目。公司先后在浙江、山东、安徽、苏州、昆山、徐州、宿迁、沭阳、盐城、泰州等地监理了一大批商业街、大型商场、大学校区、大型景观工程、中型桥梁道路、广场等各类工程项目。
In the matter of civil building, we conducted many residential quarters, relocation houses, road and bridges like Changzhou Tianan Riverside Garden, Zhongwuyayuan, Feicuiwan, Daxuesancun, Qiangyang Houses, Xiaoliu Houses, Xiyingmen, etc. We undertook some commercial streets, shopping malls, landscape projects, roads and bridges and squares in Zhejiang, Shandong, Anhui, Suzhou, Kunshan, Xuzhou, Suqian, Shuyang, Yancheng, Taizhou and so on.
